Thanks to Christina at one of my favorite blogs, Christina's Favorite Things, for the Premios Dardos blog award. This award acknowledges the values that every blogger shows in his or her effort to transmit cultural, ethical, literary, and personal values every day.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: respond and rework -- answer the questions on your own blog, replace one question that you dislike with a question of your own invention, add one more question of your own.
Step 2: tag - eight other bloggers to do the same.
1) What are you wearing right now? Kind of boring, I'm at work: White vneck tee, Gap grey sweater wrap, Seven jeans, grey Uggs (it's cold today!).
2) What is your biggest fear? Losing a loved one.
3) Do you nap a lot? It depends, there are some days where I just need a nap.
4) Who is the last person you hugged? My mom - saying bye to her before they left to drive home.
5) What websites to you visit when you go online? Shopstyle, my favorite blogs, Gmail, Twitter, Hotmail, Facebook, and a bunch of random fashion sites where I look for looks 4 less!
6) What was the last item you bought? Nothing glamorous, a sports bra from Target.
7) If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? Right now I'd just like to go to Hawaii for a couple of weeks and relax on the beach.
8) If you could go to the Oscars, who would you want to sit next to? Julia Roberts - love her!
9) Has a celebrity's hair cut ever influenced your own hairstyle? I think I might have had "The Rachel" back in the day. Lol.
10) Who are your celebrity style icons? Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Anne Hathaway. I love their classic, simple style.
11) What was the last movie you watched? The Changeling (VERY good, but sad)
12) What is the luckiest thing that ever happened to you? Meeting my husband!
13) If you had a whole day to yourself with no work, commitments or interruptions what would you do? Sleep in, take the dog for a walk, go to lunch and a movie with a friend, relax!!
14) Is there a major goal you have that you haven't yet achieved? Getting my bachelor's degree. I have my associates, and I don't NEED a degree for my current career, but it's something that I've wanted to accomplish. (Now if only I could figure out what I wanted to get my degree in!)
15) Drinks are on the house!! What do you order? Either wine (depends on what they have) or an amaretto and diet coke.
16) What is something that those in blog land might not know about you? Hm, probably a lot of things! I can't think of a good one to post. Lol.
17) What is something simple that relaxes you and you enjoying doing? I honestly never thought I'd say this... running! I used to hate working out, but now I'm kind of addicted. Reading also relaxes me.
18) What is the last book you read? Outliers (currently reading), but before that The Survivor's Club (I normally don't read non-fiction, but these are really good!).

I know I'm supposed to tag 8 others, but I am just going to pick a few...
