This adorable dress from Anthropologie by the brand one.september retails for $128.

This dress from Lulu's is a great option for less and comes with either a green or red skirt. In fact, I think this dress in the red would be super cute for a 4th of July BBQ. (Note: It says the belt/bow is removable, so you could definitely have the bow placed wherever you choose...back, front, side, whatever works for you!)
