It's my birthday today and this is what I wore last night out for dinner with my partner. I thought I would celebrate with a glass of champagne and by introducing myself to everyone. I'm Sean. Dries Van Noten jacket and sweater, Uniqlo jeans, Prada belt and shoes. The sweater was one of my birthday presents from my partner that we found at Printemps in Paris. I am very lucky to be in love with him.
