Ippolita's gorgeous five diamond bangles retail for $595 at Neiman Marcus (also available in gold).

While not exact (the stones aren't separate like they are in the version above), these Devi bangles by Stella and Dot are a great alternative if you can't quite afford the real thing. They come in a set of three and are also available in gold.
