Style needs

I just got home from an intimate gathering this evening at Bottega Veneta Fifth Avenue to introduce their latest fine jewelry collection. A retrospective of the past jewelry collections are on display so that one can appreciate the evolution to the present. The elegant crowd was sipping Veuve Clicquot while perusing jewelry, bags and shoes. Kristen Bensen, the East Coast Regional Director, introduced herself to me and was a charming host. She was effortlessly dressed: a perfect embodiment of the brand. Kristen was also gracious enough to introduce me to Tomas Maier himself, which made my night. I chatted with Mr. Maier for a short while and learned that after the party, he will be heading home to Palm Beach, where he told me he spends most of his time. It was a lovely event and it was a pleasure to meet both Ms. Bensen and Mr. Maier.
